COVID – 19 UPDATE until further restrictions are lifted at which point we will notify you as soon as we can.

We ask that guests planning to visit are in good health and absent of any coronavirus symptoms and have not tested positive in the last 14 days and are not visiting from an area outside Wales.

Accommodation – Due to the present Corona Virus Pandemic, the hotel will operate with restrictions which we are keeping to a minimum.

Taking the restrictions laid down by The Welsh Government into consideration, the layout of the building and our ability to comply with them as close as we can, there will be no restaurant or sauna facilities until further notice and many areas will operate a one-way system. The swimming pool is open but your private bubble slot will have to be booked.

Food – Bar snacks are available in the hotel or take away Friday and Saturday evenings if you book your table / slot in advance.

Breakfast –

We will be offering a table service in the breakfast room which requires our guests to remain seated throughout and our waitress service will endeavour to provide your cereal, tea or coffee, fruit juice and cooked traditional breakfast from 8am. At busy times we may need to schedule times for specific guests’ breakfast to be served. Your patience and assistance with this would be very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we cannot always offer breakfasts for campers so please check within two weeks of your arrival.

Social Distancing – All guests will need to practise social distancing at all times. You will need to bring and wear a minimum three-ply face mask whenever in public areas inside the hotel.

Booking Terms – A deposit of £40 per room per night will be required when booking with the balance payable upon arrival.

If we are forced to close due to Government restrictions, bookings can be transferred within 12 months or cancelled with a full refund.

Cleaning & Hygiene – We have fitted sanitation stations at various strategic points in the hotel and encourage guests to use them throughout their stay. Touch points in communal areas will be cleaned regular by staff.

To reduce contact, we have also reduced room housekeeping. We will only service rooms on request that have stayed multiple nights.

We very much hope we will be able to return to our normal service as soon as possible.
